class=\"lead\">Eine Hirnblutung ist eine Blutung im Gehirn, die durch den Riss einer Arterie im Gehirn verursacht wird. Bei einer Blutung wird das im starren Sch\u00e4del eingeschlossene Gehirn unter dem Druck der darin enthaltenen Fl\u00fcssigkeit zerquetscht, was verschiedene Symptome verursacht.<\/p><h3>Arten von Hirnblutungen<\/h3><ul class=\"symptom-list\"><li><i class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i><strong>Epiduralan\u00e4sthesie:<\/strong>Zwischen dem Sch\u00e4del und der Dura, der \u00e4u\u00dfersten Membran des Gehirns<\/li><li><i class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i><strong>Subdural:<\/strong>Zwischen der Dura und dem Gehirn<\/li><li><i class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i><strong>Subarachnoidal:<\/strong>Zwischen den Hirnh\u00e4uten<\/li><li><i class=\"fas fa-check-circle\"><\/i><strong>Intrazerebral:<\/strong>Ins Hirngewebe<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><h3>Epidurales H\u00e4matom<\/h3><p>Das Gehirn ist von einer Membran, der sogenannten Dura mater, umgeben. Die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe oberhalb dieser Membran k\u00f6nnen aufgrund eines Traumas durch gebrochene oder frakturierte Sch\u00e4delknochen bluten. Diese Blutung staut sich zwischen der Dura mater und den Sch\u00e4delknochen und komprimiert das Gehirn. Ohne Operation tritt der Hirntod ein, und der Patient stirbt.<\/p><h3>Subdurales H\u00e4matom<\/h3><p>Schwere Traumata k\u00f6nnen die Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfe \u00fcber dem Gehirn sch\u00e4digen. Aus diesen Gef\u00e4\u00dfen austretendes Blut kann sich unter der Dura Mater (Hirnhaut) ansammeln und eine weitere Kompression des Gehirns verursachen.<\/p><h3>Subarachnoidalblutung (Aneurysma\/Blase)<\/h3><p>Blutungen k\u00f6nnen auch unter der Arachnoidea auftreten, der sehr d\u00fcnnen Membran, die das Gehirn umgibt. Diese Art von Blutung wird durch Aneurysmen oder Blasen in den Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen verursacht.<\/p><h3>Intrazerebrales H\u00e4matom<\/h3><p>Hierbei handelt es sich um Blutungen im Hirngewebe. Sie treten in der Regel bei Patienten mit Bluthochdruck oder aufgrund eines pl\u00f6tzlichen Blutdruckanstiegs auf. Alle diese Blutungsarten k\u00f6nnen auch bei Patienten auftreten, die Blutverd\u00fcnner (Coraspin, Plavix, Coumadin) einnehmen.<\/p><h3>Behandlung<\/h3><p>Die Ziele der Behandlung sind, Leben zu retten, Symptome zu lindern, die Ursache der Blutung zu beseitigen und die Entwicklung unerw\u00fcnschter Ereignisse zu verhindern. Die Behandlung eines Komas l\u00e4sst sich wie folgt zusammenfassen: den Patienten in die richtige Position bringen, die Atemwege freihalten, lebenserhaltende Ma\u00dfnahmen ergreifen und einen d\u00fcnnen Plastikschlauch in fl\u00fcssigkeitsgef\u00fcllte Bereiche des Kopfes einf\u00fchren, um den Hirndruck zu senken.<\/p><p>In der Regel ist eine chirurgische Behandlung erforderlich. Eine Kraniotomie (OPEN) wird durchgef\u00fchrt, um den Sch\u00e4del zu \u00f6ffnen und das Blut je nach Art der Blutung oberhalb oder unterhalb der Membran oder aus dem Gehirninneren abzulassen.<\/p><p>Bei einer Aneurysmablutung wird das Aneurysma geclippt (offene Operation) oder endovaskul\u00e4r behandelt. Dabei wird eine Spirale (Feder) \u00fcber eine der Leistenarterien in das Gehirn eingef\u00fchrt. Die Art der Operation wird nach einer Angiographie bestimmt. Auch bei starken intrazerebralen Blutungen kann eine Operation notwendig sein.<\/p><\/div>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div Arten von Hirnblutungen: Epidural: Zwischen Sch\u00e4del und Dura mater, der \u00e4u\u00dfersten Hirnhaut. Subdural: Zwischen Dura mater und Gehirn. Subarachnoidal: Zwischen den Hirnh\u00e4uten. Diese Blutungen werden durch Ausbuchtungen in den Blutgef\u00e4\u00dfen, sogenannte Aneurysmen, verursacht. Intrazerebrales H\u00e4matom: Blutung in das Hirngewebe. Es tritt \u00fcblicherweise bei Patienten mit Bluthochdruck oder aufgrund eines pl\u00f6tzlichen Blutdruckanstiegs auf.
